in the long-term use of the vehicle, the clutch is damaged due to frequent operation, overload and improper operation in use, such as slipping, incomplete separation, shaking and abnormal noise, which affect the normal operation of the clutch; Therefore, when repairing the clutch, it is necessary to orderly check the wear, ablation, deformation, rupture and other damages of all parts of the clutch, and repair them thoroughly. Maintenance of main parts of clutch:
1) maintenance of driven plate (friction plate, clutch plate and face plate)
 damage form: wear, ablation, cracking, oil stain, loose rivets, warping and deformation of steel plate
maintenance method:
 light oil stain: visual inspection; Wash with gasoline and dry.  slight hardening and ablation: visual inspection; Polish with emery cloth
 replace in case of crack, falling off, serious ablation and serious oil stain
 serious wear: when the embedded depth of rivet head is less than 0.5mm, it should be replaced

2) maintenance of pressure plate and clutch cover
 damage form:  wear, ablation and crack of working surface of pressure plate
 wear of force transmission part between pressure plate and clutch cover
 deformation and crack of clutch cover
maintenance method:
 when the working surface of the pressure plate is slightly ablated and scratched, polish it with an oilstone
 when the groove depth of the working face of the pressure plate exceeds 0.5mm or the flatness error exceeds 0.12 ~ 0.20mm, it shall be repaired by grinding or turning, but the total cutting amount shall not exceed 1.0 ~ 1.5mm. After processing, a balance test shall be carried out
 intermediate pressure plate of double disc clutch:
 working face: the same as above;  when the fit clearance between the dowel pin and the hole or between the dowel block and the groove exceeds the specified value, it can be transposed, slotted, perforated or replaced
 clutch cover:  crack: welding
 wear of force transmission hole (window): repair after surfacing
 warpage deformation: correction

3) maintenance of compression spring
 the elastic force and elastic difference of compression spring shall meet the regulations, and the free length difference shall not be greater than 2mm (it can be adjusted with PAD)
 the perpendicularity error between the outer cylindrical surface and the end face of the compression spring shall not be greater than 2mm
‡ the wear depth at the contact between the inner end of diaphragm spring and release bearing shall not exceed 0.6 mm
 the inner end of diaphragm spring shall be in the same plane, and the maximum difference shall not exceed 0.5 mm

4) maintenance of separating parts
 the wear of the inner end of the separating lever exceeds the specification; Welding repair
 the release bearing shall rotate flexibly without jamming or abnormal noise, and the axial clearance shall not be greater than 0.6mm; Otherwise, replace it
‡ after the shaft and sleeve of the separation fork are worn and loose, the shaft should be plated or the sleeve should be changed
maintenance of guide bearing. The guide bearing shall rotate flexibly without jamming or abnormal noise, and the axial clearance shall not be greater than 0.5mm; Otherwise, replace it.

there may be a circuit problem. Check the AC contactor of the solenoid valve
